At Aventon, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and keys are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
